WSC 2015 SFL
WSC 2015 I recently went with friends to Lucban, Quezon along with some other 1,300 good people for WSC 2015. It was fun. A very much welcome break from the normal routine of what Manila demands. More than a break. It was enlightening and empowering. It's always nice to meet old and new friends; people from within Antipolo to people from other provinces. In relation to the current year's stance as the year for the poor. We are reminded of material and spiritual poverty. Material poverty is but a byproduct of which stems from spiritual poverty. To let go of our sense of "me-first". We are constantly told to never settle. You are the center of the universe. You the deserve the best "things". My needs have to be satisfied above all else. I need to have what i want. And, we're slowly learning that that isn't always true. The world will go around without you.
