My mind's racing to a million paces This shell's calm but my insides are a mess Of panic. Of anxiety. A blur.  Keep calm. Nothing's changing. Or maybe everything. Just not the way I thought they would. Keep calm. The sun and the night sky never stays in one place. They day always marches on. Keep calm. What time has in store for us we dont know. We can only prepare and hope we're ready when life hits us.
